Team Building workshops are designed to meet your groupÕs particular needs.  Please contact Chantal to arrange a format that suits your organization.

Is your team experiencing a lull in its energy?  A lack of creativity or direction?  Or just not pulling together towards the same goals?

 

Team Building Workshops can help.  Through using music, imagery, and meditation, members of your team can realize that they often share the same stressors and concerns as those who they feel are not on the same page.  They can find common ground, whether they work in the mailroom or the boardroom.

 

Members can learn how to relax, how to take a deep breath, and in so doing, breathe more life into their workday.

 

They can learn different ways of communicating, of exchanging ideas, and creating new approaches to problems, changing them from problems to opportunities.

 

Members can learn how to listen and how to have a voice, and the effects of both.  They can learn how to support and how to be supported.

 

Through experiences such as: group drumming, relaxation to music, imaging to music, relaxation, meditation, toning and chanting, they can reach all of these goals. 

It is often very easy to feel unheard and isolated in oneÕs organization, whether it be a workplace, a volunteer organization or any kind of group situation.
